Dear Sirs,

Both John and I felt we should write to you to express our delight in the way you, your company and your work force have so fantastically transformed our house.

From the beginning, your helpful comments regarding our extension were much appreciated, and when the actual work started we were extremely impressed by your helpful and friendly staff.  Everyone knew his or her job and carried it out to a very high standard.  We were amazed at how fast the work progressed and were delighted at the way everyone helped to tidy up at the end of the day, both inside the property and on the road outside. All the staff were polite and respectful of the fact that we still had to live in the ‘building site’ that had been, and was to be again, our home.  Nothing was too much trouble for them, if a change was requested, this presented ‘no problem’, and in fact, I think this should be your foreman’s catch phrase!  All the staff took pride in their work and despite the upheaval, it was a pleasure to have them in our home, in fact, we actually missed seeing their smiling faces when the work was finished.

What especially pleased us was the fact that the work was finished in the time slot you gave us. We are absolutely delighted with our new home, and would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who is considering using your company for either a new project or renovations to an existing property.
